Shrimp Creole

- 3lbs to 5lbs fresh shrimp cleaned and deveined shopping list
- 3tablespoons flour shopping list
- olive oil About half of flour shopping list
- tomatos (canned) One 8 0z can (chopped) shopping list
- ONE SMALL CAN TOMOTO PASTE shopping list
- Fresh parsley and preferred herbal seasonings shopping list
- Three garlic Pods choppped shopping list
- Three cps water shopping list
- creole seasoning( available everywhere) Be careful it has a bite shopping list
How to make it
- Peel shrimp and clean and devein
- Open one can of tomoto paste
- heat Olive oil
- Add Flour cook till almost brown
- add tomotoes including tomato paste
- Stir
- Open one can 12oz tomotoes (chopped) Cook in olive oil
- Put all ingredients excluding shrimp to Cook for a few minutes till ll ls jelled
- Add shrimp and water Be sure to use bottled water or other filler
- Cook for about 15minutes more
- Serve over Rice
- This is so easy
- Everyone thinks I spent the day cooking lol
