Ingredients
  • 12 eggs
  • 3 T mayonnaise (1 T at a time to desired consistency)
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 T mustard
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1 t hot sauce
  • 1 t worchestershire sauce
  • 1/8 t salt
  • paprika
  • parsley

Directions
  1. Boil eggs.
  2. Cool and peel eggs.
  3. Cut eggs length-wise and place on work surface (sheet of foil/wax paper).
  4. Remove yolks and put in a bowl.
  5. Use a fork to crumble eggs.
  6. Add all ingredient except the paprika and parsley.
  7. Blend well with a mixer until smooth.
  8. Put the egg mixture in a zip-lock bag (turn the top of the bag back to the outside about half way...makes it easier to put the mixture in).
  9. Turn the top of the zip lock back up and seal.
  10. Push the egg mixture away from one of the bottom points and cut off the tip.
  11. Fill each egg half by squeezing the zip lock.
  12. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
  13. Place on serving dish. Enjoy!

I'm like Henrie: I love devilled eggs but I never think about them until I have seen someone else make them. I love the little touch of sugar and vinegar in this recipe. On my Christmas dinner list now! Thanks for the post.

Jemison: Your eggs were the hit of the feast! Something about that little bit of sugar and vinegar puts them right over the top. I didn't make near enough, I will always double the recipe from now on...Thanks again for a keeper!
