Wasp Nest Cake Recipe

It is just a simple but vey good cake recommended by a friend.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix(no pudding)
- 1(3oz)box cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1(12oz pkg.)butterscotch chips
Directions
- In a saucepan mix the milk and pudding mix together and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the dry yellow cake mix and stir well,(batter will be thick)and spread into a greased 9x19 pan.
- Sprinkle the butterscotch chips over all.
- Bake in a preheated 350 oven,30-35 mins.
- When cake is completely cool,sprinkle with Confectioner's Sugar.(optional)

If you like butterscotch, this is heaven. Quick to make with stuff I keep in my pantry. Cake is not heavy and thick. Gonna try to change flavor and try devils food cake mix and semi-sweet morsels.

I have made this cake with devils food cake mix and chocolate chips and it was great.(also used chocolate pudding,to me they are like a delicious brownie).

In a way the cake sort of resembles a wasp nest on top guess thus the name.
You can use chocolate cake mix,and chocolate pudding and chocolate chips and that is very good also.
