How to make it

  • Prepare frying pan with oil and preheat.
  • Dip pork pieces first in egg, then in paremsan and fry
  • Do the same with mushrooms after the pork is almost done.
  • When crispy and cooked on both sides, remove from heat and place on serving plate,
  • Squeeze lemon juice ove it and sprinkle pine nuts.
  • Serve hot.

    I made this last night - very, very good...nice coating (I did add some Cavendar's Greek Seasoning to the medallions before dipping them) and the lemon juice on top was so delish. I have a picture - let me know if you'd like me to post it here for you! Good recipe, cy!!
