Chicken Breasts with Ham and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place slices of chicken or turkey on a baking sheet
  • put 1 slice of ham on top of the chicken or turkey
  • next put on drained pineapple slices
  • top with cheese
  • place in a 350' oven until the cheese melts and the meat is warm

    Mmmmmmmm... you're so right. Jarlsburg or Muenster
    are great choices. I tried your recipe not too long ago and it was a huge hit. Thanks for sharing.
    P.S. I used fresh chicken breasts and did pound them.

    I mentioned the recipe to my husband, peeta - he thought it sounded good, too, so it's on the menu for this week. I love it when I find a recipe that I have all the ingredients on hand! I'll let you know what cheese we end up using (I'm a big cheese freak, so I am thinking on that one yet).

    I have all the ingredients for this one - gotta give it a try...how simple, but the flavors sounds like they will really perk up the "usual" chicken bake!
