This is a great recipe for the grill or can be broiled. My peach salsa also works great with this.

Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Avacado - Diced
- 1 C Honeydew Melon - Diced
- 1/2 C Red onion - Diced
- 1/2 C Fresh Cilantro - chopped
- 3 T fresh lime juice
- 4 thick fish filets such as Mahi Mahi, Halibut, Swordfish
- 1 T olive oil
- 5 T Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Directions
- Prepare BBQ - med high heat - brush the grill with some oil so the fish won't stick.
- Toss first 5 ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place Jamaican seasoning in a shallow plate. Brush fish with olive oil and press into the seasoning on both sides.
- Grill fish until just opaque in center - about 4 min. per side.
- Serve immediately with Salsa.
