The Real Mccoy Italian Meatballs

- Large loaf 2 day old Italian bread shopping list
- garlic minced 3 cloves shopping list
- 1 can condensed milk shopping list
- 2 lbs med fat chop meat shopping list
- Italian style bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese shopping list
- 2 separated eggs shopping list
How to make it
- In a very large bowl place bread broken into chunks
- pour condensed milk over bread and let soak in a bit
- have to use your hands on this one
- knead bread and milk mixture
- add meat
- crumbs
- cheese
- knead to mix
- add two egg yolks and mix in
- add two well beaten and fluffy egg whites
- add garlic
- mix all ingredients well
- add more milk or crumbs if needed for right consistency
- form into large or small meatballs
- place gradually into near-boiling sauce
- as they rise to top continue adding
- when all the little guys are in the sauce
- lower to simmer and cook for 20 minutes

OH WOW!! How perfect! These get a 5 before I even try them! These will be on top of some good italian bread with sauce and mozzerlla cheese on Sat. for some meatball subs to serve the gang when the VOLS play!!!
