Deviled Eggs With Ranch Dressing Recipe
Another recipe from my friend Charlotte. I tweaked it a wee bit for my family's taste. We love deviled eggs. For any holiday meal I have to make about 3 dozen hard boiled eggs for the deviled eggs.

Ingredients
  • 18 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 C. Mayo
  • 1-1/2 Tbs.. Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. Mustard

Directions
  1. Cut eggs in half.
  2. Put yolks in bowl and mash with potato masher or fork..
  3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Fill empty egg whites with yolk mixture.

Yep, I have to try this variation - we are "stuck" in the usual mayo and mustard filling, and this sounds like a nice change. Thanks, Gem. I DO wish that people who rate a recipe would leave a comment, though - it would really help to know why someone rates something less than perfect - what didn't they like about it? Did they try it? What was the result? It SURE WOULD help - but then, I've kinda quite looking at ratings anymore because if someone doesn't leave a comment, I have NO IDEA why they rated it. Sorry - didn't mean to go on so much, it's just something that's really been puzzling me about this site lately!

The Ranch dressing really makes the difference. Gem, this babies were great.


I made these to take to a potluck today at work. I made 36 halves. They were gone within 30 minutes. Thanks for a great recipe. These were a huge hit. Yummers.
