Seafood Salad in Puff Bowl

- Puff Pastry: shopping list
- 1/2 cup of water shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/8 tsp.2 eggs shopping list
- seafood Salad: shopping list
- 2 to 21/2 cups cooked shrimp,crabmeat or lobster(can use all 3 or choice) shopping list
- 2 cups thinly sliced celery shopping list
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip( your preference) shopping list
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- dash of black pepper shopping list
- dash of cayenne (only if you like it ) shopping list
How to make it
- Puff Bowl:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease pie plate 9x11/4 in.
- Heat water and butter to rolling boil.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball,about 1 min.
- Cool10 min.
- Beat in eggs ,all at once, until smooth.
- Spead dough evenly just to edge of pie plate.
- Bake until puffed and dry in center. 45 to 55 min.
- Cool
- Just before serving, fill with Seafood Salad
- Garnish with hard-boiled egg slices and parsley
- Seafood Salad:
- Mix seafood and celery.
- Mix remaining ingred.
- Pour over seafood mixture; toss lightly
