You're hitting all my buttons tonight, Cheri - how can I possibly resist seafood in a puff pastry? This will be great for "girls night"!

catlvr: That sounds so sweet. I know how much the elderly love things like this. I was an RN Supervisor years ago in a Retirement Nursing Facility & I just loved the residents. You really made them happy. Thanks for sharing!!
    Thanks also caramia!!!

When i worked at a Retirement Facility i made something very similar for the ladies afternoon tea.
What i did was use the basic cream puff dough, and made little rounds, hollowed them out, and added chicken salad, tuna, or egg(salads)to them..
Let me tell ya, the ladies loved me,and to this day i can picture all there lovely smiles....
