Company Pork Roast Recipe

Company Pork Roast Recipe
This is a terrific dish when you are having company that you want to spend time with instead of being in the kitchen. It smells so good that by the time you eat everyone is famished

i made this with a couple of well washed and thinly sliced sweet potatoes on the bottom of the pot, under the roast along with several quartered and seeded but not peeled cortland apples.
it was so good i couldn't stop eating it!
i am making it again today, with even more sweet potatoes and apples added to the pot.
