Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut the bottom of each brussels sprout off (about 1/4" or less) and then slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Toss all ingredients and place in a single layer on a baking dish.
  4. Roast for 25 minutes or until brussels sprouts are slightly browned and tender throughout.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
  6. Great served with my Shallot, Yogurt & Parsley Dip, Golden Pheasant Cocktail, Olive Cake...etc. :)

OH sounds yummy. I too love brussel sprouts most anyway they are cooked. I have never added sage to them before so am definately going to try this recipe. Thanks so much for posting.

One of my fav ways to cook brussel sprouts. Have never used the sage but will try.


I love roasted brussel sprouts. My mom tosses hers with balsalmic vinegar after roasting and they are always a hit. I'm sure these are just awesome. Good stuff.


First time I have roaste them, I didn't have sage on hand and used some dill and parsley instead. They were very good. Thanks
