Artichoke Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 oz) can of artichoke hearts

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix together artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and garlic.

Place chicken in a greased baking dish and cover evenly with artichoke/cheese mixture.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
