Oriental Chicken Tenders Recipe
This was originally an appetizer recipe, but I use larger pieces of chicken and have it for a main dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, sliced longwise into 1" strips
  • 1 med. Egg
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 sm onion, finely diced
  • 2 c. finely crushed corn flakes

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a small bowl, mix together egg till frothy, stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger powder. Set aside.
  3. In a pie tin, mix together crushed corn flakes and diced onion.
  4. Dip each wing in soy sauce mixture, then roll in corn flakes and onion. Place them in a foil lined glass baking dish
  5. Bake uncovered for 20 - 25 minutes, or until cooked.
