Butterscotch Pie

This is a creamy custard pie,great with some nuts on top and ice cream or just whipped topping
Ingredients
- 9" premade pie crust shopping list
- 1c.packed light brown sugar shopping list
- 4 lg. eggs shopping list
- 2 c.half and half shopping list
- 2t.vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Place pie crust on a foil lined cookie sheet. Beat together sugar,eggs,half and half and vanilla in a bowl using wire whisk.
- Bake 40 to 45 mins. or till filling is set. Place dish on wire rack to cool. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate
