Ingredients

1 cup water

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup pineapple juice (I use 1 small can, about 3/4 c.)

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ginger

3-4 lbs cleaned/drained chicken wings

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour over wings.

Refrigerate overnight.

Arrange wings on oiled foil-lined baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
