Lentil Soup Recipe

Ingredients

2 small carrots,chopped

1 stalk celery,chopped

1 med. onion,chopped

1 small cabbage,i" pieces

5c chicken broth

1c. tomato sauce or puree

11/2t. sugar

11/2t. salt

1/2t. pepper

1/2t. oregano

1c. lentils

Directions

Saute onion,carrots and celery in oil 5 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook 45-60 mins.
