    I love rice. I'm sure this would make me smile. I have the weirdest family of rice haters, so this would have to be my solitary treat on a really ugly day. And they can just be jealous all on their own. They sometimes have no taste at all. LOL

    I always have left over rice so when I fix hubby his lunch for work I do this. He loves it!!!!!!!

    My mother made this with rasins. Whe know it as rice and rasins and now my son enjoys it too......very yummy...(smile)
