Points, you've been missing out on something really good! Roasted grapes are getting BIG again; it's kinda like sun-dried tomatoes, but obviously different in flavours...adds a refreshing acidity to roasted meats with creamy or heavy sauces...Shirleyoma, thanks for a great post! I never thought to make them all by themselves, and I'm anxious to try this!

Okay what sort of grape are you talking about? this sounds as though it would probably be good with maybe concords but not so much with green or milder varieties...
