How to make it

  • Boil water and butter together.
  • Add flour.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time
  • Bake on greased cookie sheet at 400 deg. F for 30 to 40 min.
  • Punch holes in crust when baking
  • Cool
  • Mix cream cheese, milk, and vanilla instant pudding.
  • Beat
  • Put filling on crust
  • Top with whipped topping.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate syrup.

    This is just like the one I make. I just bake my "puff" in a rectangle dish. My grandma always made the individual puffs which were great, but this recipe gives us the same flavors and it's alot more simple:o)

    How bizarre, I was only thinking this morning about the cream puffs my mum used to make when I was little and how much I loved them - and how I coudn't possibly be bothered making them!!! Thanks for solving that little dilemna. No thanks for the 5 pounds I gained just from reading the recipe...

    My middle name should have been cream puff..lol. I sometimes put coffe ice cream inside and cover with hot fudge..Yummy.

    Oh Wow, love cream puffs, this sounds wonderful. Mom use to fill her's with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, but you could do the same with this. Mix fresh strawberries into the filling before topping the crust. Yum, great post.
