Baked Ham In A Bag Recipe
Fun way to bake your Ham. Juicy & flavorful

Ingredients
  • 14 lb. ham
  • 15 cloves
  • 1 lg. can pineapple
  • 1 cup orange juice, add more as needed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 lg. oven baking bag

Directions
  1. Cover ham with cloves
  2. Cover with 1 large can of crushed pineapple and with a little orange juice and brown sugar.
  3. Place in oven baking bag
  4. Put few holes in baking bag
  5. Bake at 300 degrees( 14 lbs goes about approx. 3 hrs.
  6. When bone protrudes, it's done.

Oh, I can do this! I have a ham that's been hiding in the freezer for 6 months. I throw it into the oven Saturday.

Sounds almost like my recipie. only some times i use honey instead of brown sugar.
