Baked Ham In A Bag Recipe

How to make it

  • Cover ham with cloves
  • Cover with 1 large can of crushed pineapple and with a little orange juice and brown sugar.
  • Place in oven baking bag
  • Put few holes in baking bag
  • Bake at 300 degrees( 14 lbs goes about approx. 3 hrs.
  • When bone protrudes, it's done.

    Oh, I can do this! I have a ham that's been hiding in the freezer for 6 months. I throw it into the oven Saturday.
