Tacos in a Pan

This dish is an easy to do, one pan, favourite dinner! Given to me by a friend.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 cup Tex Mex shredded cheese (Kraft) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice shopping list
- 2 cups shredded lettuce shopping list
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes shopping list
- tortilla chips shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef in a large non-stick skillet
- Add water and seasoning mix and stir
- Bring to a boil
- Stir in rice
- Sprinkle with cheese, cover and reduce heat to low
- Simmer 5 minutes
- Top with lettuce and tomatoes
- Serve with Tortilla chips and sour cream
