How to make it

  • Make sure that the water is at room temperature.
  • I usually have the ingredients all ready to go so the water is at the right temperature and doesn't cool off too much.
  • Place the ingredients in the order given in the bread machine directions.
  • Enjoy!

    Loaf baked up with good oven spring. Made it a hand kneaded loaf. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes in conventional oven.
    Don't know what issue you had with the water amount but see my last comment.

    Making it now. It took the 1/3 c water in which I bloomed the yeast. But only took 1/2 of the remaining water to make a dough ball. We'll see how it turns out.
