Chantilly Whipped Cream Recipe
This modestly sweet and delightful whipped cream is a great accompaniment to any dessert. I used to eat every last bit when it was served with beignets. From Jazz restaurants' website.

Ingredients
  • 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • ½ oz Brandy
  • ½ oz Triple Sec
  • ⅓ cup Sugar

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients except sugar into a bowl and begin to whip.
  2. Gradually add sugar.
  3. Whip until thick.
  4. Sugar and alcohol can be altered. use less sugar to save on calories. Alcohol can be substituted with non-alcoholic triple sec or use nutmeg and cinnamon to flavor.
