Sardine Appetizer Recipe

	Chefmeow / All my dishes 2 years, 8 months ago I got this recipe from a friend who serves them at parties and is always asked for the recipe. I'm not big on sardines so I had to be sold on this, but to my surprise it is an incredibly tasting delight. Hope you will give it a try. Prep:10m Servings:8	Chefmeow
	appetizer easy cheap sardines pimento olives mayonnaise lemon juice toast bread olives

Ingredients

1/2 cup mashed sardines

1 tablespoon minced pimento

3 tablespoons chopped olives

1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

12 squares toasted bread

1 cup sliced stuffed olives

Directions

Add lemon juice to mayonnaise.

Mix with mashed sardines, pimento and chopped olives.

Spread on toasted bread.

Garnish each square with a slice of stuffed olive.
