Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
  • Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in pasta sauce and mushrooms. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1 1/2 inches.
  • Mix ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the salt, pepper and garlic. Spread 3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture over each noodle. Roll up each noodle; cut roll crosswise in half. Place cut sides down in beef mixture.
  • Cover and bake about 30 minutes or until hot. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.

I wake up everyday with a smile on my face and sing praises to this good spell caster called Dr, Godday who has done me a great favor by rescuing my relationship from break up. I used to think that I have a perfect relationship till when my lover started coming home late and everyday he gives me different excuses then I decided to keep a close eye on him then I discovered that he was having an affair with another girl. I was heartbroken because i trusted him so much and knowing that he has a secret relationship it hurts me a lot. But I thank all those who placed the contact details of Dr, Godday on the Internet and today my relationship has been restored with love and care than ever before. If you are in any kind of relationship or marriage stress I will do you a favor by dropping the contact details of Dr, Godday which is via email: goddayspiritualhome@gmail.com Or Call/Whats-app +1{919}4956404.

I have my own version of this, and it's almost exactly like yours! The biggest difference is that instead of using just mozzarella cheese, I use an italian 3 or 4 cheese mix (mozzarella, provalone, asiago, parmesan) that you can buy prepackaged at the store. It gives it a fancier flavor. :) And it sort of gives a lighter taste than mozzarella.

It was a very nice change for us to eat this last night. It came out a little bit cheesy for us, so next time we might leave out the mozarella from the rolls.

A great change to an old favorite! Congratulations

I make this also, but I like cottage cheese better and I also stick the meat in the noodle, and pour the sauce over.

Thank you again for sharing. I made this tonight for dinner. The kids loved it. My oldest daughter liked the fact the meat mixture was on the bottom instead of inside the noodles. I will make this again.~M
