How to make it

  • 1. In the bottom of a double old-fashioned glass bruise the 4 mint leaves with the fresh lime juice and simple syrup.
  • 2. Add crushed ice then the POM Cherry and rum.
  • 3. Top with a splash of soda and stir. Garnish with the mint sprig.
