I found this recipe online and I had to post it because of it's name, in honor of putercop. I just loved the titles of his recipes... Miss ya Bill!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 package active dry yeast or .25 ounce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 cup warm water

Directions
  1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water until dough forms. Then, roll and flatten dough as desired. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. This recipe makes enough for about one large pizza. You might want to double the recipe or simply make a second batch when the first one is sitting in the oven.

Love the title of this recipe--it's got to be a keeper! :o)

If you stick in a Ziplock in the fridge for 12 hours, it's tastier and my recipe! I use a bit more water, too.
