Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F, grease a medium Teddy bear pan with butter, and sprinkle some flour all around.
  • Make cake as directed. Bake for 35-40 minutes, cool 5 minutes and invert on a wire rack.
  • Split horizontally in half. Take care it is so delicate and may crack. If so, don’t worry you will be able to gather it all again.
  • Beat the butter till creamy, add the sugar gradually and then add the water and beat again.
  • Spread the butter cream filling all over the top. Arrange the fruits evenly over it.
  • Top with the other cake half. If it was broken, try to arrange each peace over its similar one In the bottom half. Once all broken parts are gatherd, press lightly so all empty spaces and cracks disappear.
  • Whip the cream with the powder sugar and spread over the top and side. Trim the edges of the cake with a small knife and level the top.
  • Decorate using the marshmallows, smarties and jelly bites using your imagination.
