Greens should be viewed as a staple in anyones diet....so...it's a good thing I like them. This recipe is really tasty and a bit different.

The toasted sesame oil and sesame seeds elevates the greens above the mundane. Wonderful side dish, now if I could only get the hubby to tolerate the touch of cayenne. This is lovely.

I make this in the summer when I can go to my garden and pick it fresh.
I never used toasted sesame seeds, I will have to try them next time.
