Leftover Thanksgiving Casserole
From lor 16 years agoIngredients
- Leftover mashed potatoes shopping list
- Leftover Stuffing shopping list
- Leftover turkey, chicken or ham shopping list
- Note: If you did not have "Tom Turkey" then chicken and ham work just as well in this recipe. Maybe you made the stuffing minus the bird and honestly, ham and stuffing taste just great together. shopping list
- Leftover gravy shopping list
How to make it
- Depending on how much leftover food you have and how many people you will be serving, will determine the size. You can use a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish, an 8 x 8 or even a meatloaf pan if there are just 2 or 3 people.
- Lightly spray the pan with cooking spray.
- Cover the bottom of baking dish with stuffing.
- Add chunks or slices of turkey over the stuffing,
- This is a great time to use up the dark turkey meat!
- Drizzle with a little gravy.
- Add mounds of mashed potatoes.
- Cover with more stuffing and drizzle with more gravy.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30-40 minutes or until it is heated through and the stuffing is lightly browned.

This is my kind of leftovers, all though the stuffing never makes it to day 2...:)
