No Cook Peanut Butter Bars Chocolate Chip Icing Recipe
NO COOK! Easy to prepare, especially if you need a quick dessert. These make super gifts for your friends. Easy enough for children to make. Delicious enough for all.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound box powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups smooth peanut butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, mix together first 4 ingredients thoroughly
  2. Pat evenly in a 9 X 13 pan
  3. In saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly
  4. Spread over peanut mixture
  5. Cut into bars while chocolate is still warm
  6. Chill for about 15 minutes
  7. Remove from pan
  8. These keep well in the refrigerator
  9. NOTE: Can be made in a 15 X 10 X 1 inch cookie sheet and cut into different shapes. Heart shapes are great for Valentine's Day.
