Baked Shrimp With Feta Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

1t. olive oil

3/4t dried oregano

1/2t salt

1/4t crushed red pepper

1 lb. med. shrimp,peeled and deveined

3 garlic cloves,minced

cooking spray

1/3c. dry white wine

3c. diced plum tomatoes(about 3/4 lb.0

3/4c finely crumbled feta cheese

4c. hot linguine (about 8oz.uncooked)

1/4c fresh minced parsley.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Heat oil in lg skillet over medium high heat. Should be non-stick skillet. Add oregano and next 4 ingredients(thru garlic).;saute 3 mins. Spoon shrimp mixture into an 11x7" baking dish,coated with spray.

Add wine to skillet;cook over low heat until reduced to 1/4c.(about 3 mins.). Stir in tomato and pour over shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cheese,and bake at 350 for 10 mins. Serve mixture over pasta,sprinkle with parsley
