Ingredients
  • 1 medium onion-chopped
  • 3 celery stalks-diced
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 2 cups ground ham
  • pinch of dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes-peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 cup of greted cheese-cheddar or swiss-or 1/2 cup of each
  • 1/4 cup PANKO bread crumbs

Directions
  1. saute onions and celery till soft , but not browned, in butter
  2. stir in ham,mustard and horseradish
  3. put 1/2 meat mixture in the pie shell.add tomatoe slices,cover with 1/2 of the cheese
  4. put rest of meat mixture on and cover with rest of cheese
  5. sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over pie
  6. bake at 350F. for 25 minutes,until cheese is melted and top is browned
