Mexican Party Wings With Chile Ranch Dip Recipe

Chicken drummettes with taco seasoning instead of the buffalo wings. Easy and Yummy!!

Ingredients
- DIP:
- 1 c bottled ranch dressing
- 1 small can green chiles
- CHICKEN:
- 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 2 t oil
- 24 chicken drummettes
- Dried parsley flakes
Directions
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
- Heat oven to 350
- Mix ranch dressing and chiles in blender until smooth
- Referigerate while making drummettes
- In shallow dish, mix flour and taco seasoning
- Stir in oil with fork
- Coat drummettes with flour mixture and place on baking sheet
- Cook 15 minutes
- Turn drummettes and cook another 14-17 minutes, until fork tender and juices run clear
- Sprinkle parsley flakes on dressing mixture and serve with warm drummettes
