Chicken drummettes with taco seasoning instead of the buffalo wings. Easy and Yummy!!

Ingredients
  • DIP:
  • 1 c bottled ranch dressing
  • 1 small can green chiles
  • CHICKEN:
  • 1/2 c all purpose flour
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 2 t oil
  • 24 chicken drummettes
  • Dried parsley flakes

Directions
  1. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
  2. Heat oven to 350
  3. Mix ranch dressing and chiles in blender until smooth
  4. Referigerate while making drummettes
  5. In shallow dish, mix flour and taco seasoning
  6. Stir in oil with fork
  7. Coat drummettes with flour mixture and place on baking sheet
  8. Cook 15 minutes
  9. Turn drummettes and cook another 14-17 minutes, until fork tender and juices run clear
  10. Sprinkle parsley flakes on dressing mixture and serve with warm drummettes
