Savory with subtle notes. Great with crispy buns.

I used this recipe as a base to use up ingredients in the house, as we are moving soon. Instead of spaghetti, I have no-cook Cannelloni. A chopped green pepper replaced the mushrooms and pimento. I used a shallot and garlic instead of onion. And I had to skip the sherry. I doubled the chicken broth to make up for the uncooked noodles. It's all assembled ready for baking tonight. Wish me luck!

Now I'm seriously worried that I'm not going to have enough leftovers to get through all these recipes.

This is the one dish my Son-in-law makes... he just calls it "Turkey Spaghetti", It is wonderful and a great way to get rid of the rest of the turkey with a diffrent taste! Great Dish!
