Greek Cornbread

- 2 1/2 cups cornmeal shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar shopping list
- 4 cups zucchini, grated shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup cottage cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease and flour a 9"x13"x2" baking pan.
- Mix cornmeal, baking powder and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine zucchini, eggs, cottage cheese, feta cheese and milk. Add cornmeal mixture to we ingredients and blend well.
- Pour into pan, dot the top with butter.
- Bake until browned on top. (about 1 hour)
