How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease and flour a 9"x13"x2" baking pan.
  • Mix cornmeal, baking powder and sugar.
  • In another bowl, combine zucchini, eggs, cottage cheese, feta cheese and milk. Add cornmeal mixture to we ingredients and blend well.
  • Pour into pan, dot the top with butter.
  • Bake until browned on top. (about 1 hour)

    Now this is different. I'll have to give it a try. I like feta and love zucchini, I'm sure this will be very satisfying. Nice post.
