Bacon and Egg Salad for sandwiches Recipe

How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine the eggs, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Fold in bacon. Refrigerate any leftovers.

    Many's a good breakfast I've made with bacon and eggs. I have my own pigs here, and their bacon is really good. I'll try this. You get five from me.

    Sounds good and I don't even really care for egg salad! I would try this just to make sure I don't like egg salad. :) Hahaha
