Bacon And Egg Salad For Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped

1/3 cup diced celery

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp prepared mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/3 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

In a bowl, combine the eggs, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Fold in bacon. Refrigerate any leftovers.
