Ingredients

1 Cup Cayenne Pepper Sauce (or your Favorite Hot Sauce)

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

3 Garlic Cloves, Diced

24 Chicken Drummettes

1 Bottle/Can of your Favorite Brew

2 Tablespoon Butter

1 Cup Bisquick

3/4 Teaspoon Onion Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Blue Cheese Dressing

Directions

Stir together Hot Sauce, Garlic Salt, Diced Garlic & Beer. Pour over Drummettes, cover and Refrigerate for at least 4 Hours.

Heat oven to 450 Deg F. Melt Butter in a 13x9 Pyrex Dish (or larger) in oven. Stir together Bisquick, Onion Salt and Peppers. Remove chicken from Sauce / Marinade (discard Marinade). Coat Drummettes with Bisquick mixture. Place well coated Drummettes in Pan on top of melted butter.

Bake 25 Minutes. Turn Drummettes and Bake another 25 Minutes, or until Chicken is golden brown.

Make your own Hot Sauce for Coating (I use a generous portion of my Fav Hot sauce, melted together with a stick of Butter and some Garlic Power & about 2 Cloves of Diced Garlic.)

Optional: Celery Sticks, Ranch Dressing
