Photo courtesy of Juels. Thanx! This dish is really good. It is from Better Homes and Gardens 12th edition. This is for family down in Arkansas. They are always saying they are gonna call for it. This way they can find it easy. (Hi Mary! :)

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 to 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • Dash white pepper (I used black myself)
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped (non-marinated)
  • 1 cup loosely packed, coarsely chopped spinach leaves (I used 1 box frozen spinach that had been thawed and drained well by squeezing)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion (1 medium)

Directions
  1. In a large bowl combine mozzarella cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, the mustard, and pepper. Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach and onion. Spread mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake, uncovered, in a 350* oven about 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with pita wedges, French bread, and/or crackers. Also really good with tortilla chips.
  3. Make-ahead directions: Prepare as above through step 1. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours. Uncover and bake about 25 minutes or until heated through.

Interesting because I do a Baked Spinach Dip that is very similar. Similar but not the same. That's the fun thing about recipes, a little twist here and there makes a huge difference sometimes.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm this sounds scrumptious. Artichokes are my secret weakspot! Do you think I could use chard instead of spinach?

Boy, does this ever sound good! You combined 2 of my favourites - artichokes and spinach!

I am back to tell you that I made this and it came out so yummy! I've actually made it twice already, and both times it got gobbled up! Thanks agan for an easy and tasty recipe! Added a picture.

I think I am going to make this for hubbys 40th party looks delish and juels raved about it in I made it :)

Whenever I go to a party the spinach dip is the first to get eaten up! And this sounds even better because of the artichoke hearts! Thanks Juels, for showing this in the 'I Made It' group!

OH yeah baby! Not sure how I missed this one!!! LOVE it!

I made this for my husband's 40th birthday party. It was delish. I made it up the day before and just re-heated for the party. I accidently bought the marinated artichoke hearts so I just rinsed them off..Still great!!!

MA, I'm so glad I stumbled upon this in the I Made It group (LOVE that group!)...Juels picture is fantastic, and your recipe is now a MUST MAKE...printed off and ready to go next time "the kids" come out to the burbs for the weekend (hopefully this weekend) - deliciuos sounding recipe, and the reviews confirm it's as good as it looks ~ Krum

I love this recipe thanks for the add

YUM! I'm sure this beats all to heck the stuff I buy at Costco! Thanks Ang. ;')
