Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pound Chicken breasts between waxed paper until 1/2" thick
  • Spread both sides of Chicken with Dijon Mustard
  • Cut Chicken into strips
  • Melt Butter over medium heat in Large Skillet.
  • Toss in the Chicken and cook 3 - 4 minutes, Give this a stir occasionally.
  • Stir Lime Juice and Salsa together and throw into skillet with Chicken.
  • Simmer about 5 to 8 Minutes until Chicken is cooked.
  • Toss in Chopped Cilantro
  • Serve with Refried Beans topped with shredded cheese.
