Arizona Chicken Recipe
Simple to make Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
  • 4) Skinless, boneless Chicken breasts
  • 2) Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 3) Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 to 3/4) Cup Salsa
  • 3) Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/2) Cup chopped Cilantro
  • 1) Can Refried Beans

Directions
  1. Pound Chicken breasts between waxed paper until 1/2" thick
  2. Spread both sides of Chicken with Dijon Mustard
  3. Cut Chicken into strips
  4. Melt Butter over medium heat in Large Skillet.
  5. Toss in the Chicken and cook 3 - 4 minutes, Give this a stir occasionally.
  6. Stir Lime Juice and Salsa together and throw into skillet with Chicken.
  7. Simmer about 5 to 8 Minutes until Chicken is cooked.
  8. Toss in Chopped Cilantro
  9. Serve with Refried Beans topped with shredded cheese.
