Ingredients

1 package milk chocolate chips

1 cup creamy or crunchy Jif peanut butter

1 can Rice Noodles (thinner than the traditional chow mein noodles)

7 ounces Beer Nuts brand peanuts

Directions

Melt chips in double boiler (or in microwave); stir in peanut butter.

Gently stir in noodles and nuts; stir gently to coat all.

Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper.

Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

You've done it again Krumkake, I tried this recipe and they are delicious and so easy to make but not easy to stay away from when they're ready to eat :) They remind me of a crunchy Reeses cup - YUM!
