Ingredients

3 eggs (I use organic)

Kosher salt and cracked fresh pepper

Enough all purpose flour to make a thick, sticky dough.

Directions

Whisk eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix in flour until good consistency.

Depends on what you are cooking as to when dumplings are added.

Chicken and dumplings - before thickening

Oyster - before adding oysters

Potato-last thing you add.
