Carpet Freshener

Use this for a cheap alternative to store bought stinky carpet deodorizers. Depending on what essential oils you use you could even keep fleas away.
Ingredients
- 1 cup borax shopping list
- 1 cup baking soda shopping list
- up to 15 drops of your favorite essential oil, or two. I like to use Bergamot or Jasmine. shopping list
- 1 used and cleaned out parmesan cheese container. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dry ingredients first in glass bowl, then add your essential oils/oil mixing well. Pour into your container and shake it all up.
- sprinkle the mixed powder on the carpet, let powder sit on the carpet for a few hours or overnight and then vaccum.
- Keeps well for weeks or more I've never had it longer than a month as it's always used up. But It should last longer than that.
