Easy with frozen bread dough, rolled out and topped with tomato sauce and chopped anchovies. Roll it back up and bake in a horseshoe shape. Really yummy and no one knows the secret is anchovies!

Ohhhhhhhhhh, this recipe takes me back to Italy. I enjoyed a similar loaf while staying there but I remember olives in it as well. Thanks for sharing!
