Soothing Mushroom barley soup. Warming on a cold day.

Ingredients
- 3T oil
- 11/2lbs mushrooms
- 2lg. onions
- 2 carrots,chopped
- 1t.garlic
- 1/2c barley
- 8c. chicken broth
- 2T fesh dill
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat oil,saute mushrooms,onions ,garlic and carrots(about 10 mins). Put 8cups of broth,dill,mushroom mixture and salt and pepper in a pot. Cover and cook about 1 hour after soup returns to a boil.
