Mushroom Barley Soup Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oil,saute mushrooms,onions ,garlic and carrots(about 10 mins). Put 8cups of broth,dill,mushroom mixture and salt and pepper in a pot. Cover and cook about 1 hour after soup returns to a boil.
