How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Generously grease a glass baking dish.
- Ina bowl, cherries, marmalade. and cloves. Make a pocket in each pork chop by cutting into pork toward the bone; fill pockets with cherry mixture.
- Place the pork chops in prepared baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon 1 tablespoon honey over each chop. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in the center.

Pudge could I use apricot marmalade in place of the orange?? Want to try tomorrow,I have all ingredients, but...I have apricot????helewes in Newton loved it
This was delicious. I used the apricot jam I had on hand instead of the marmalade. It was fabulous Pudge. Next time I will use the marmalade.helewes in Newton loved it
