this is a good quick cake to make when your in a hurry.. Like the Pastor is on his way over and you have nothing to serve.. or you just want something sweet but don't have the time to fuss. you can also change the favors by changing the fruit fillin... More

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines cake white cake mix the delux version
- 1/4 cup crisco oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (20-23 oz.) pie filling ..cherry is very good
Directions
- pour oil into a 13 x 9 inch pan and tilt to cover bottom
- put cake mix, eggs and the water into pan.
- stir with a fork or spoon until well blended
- scrape sides of pan and spread batter evenly in pan
- spoon pie filling onto batter in a random pattern
- use a fork to fold in enough of the pie filling to create a marbled effect
- bake at 350'F for 40 - 50 mins.
- cool in pan. loosen sides and cut directly from baking pan
- serve with cool whip, whipped cream, or ice cream
- store cake loosely covered
