Thanks for the recipe, and for including the real name of Sriracha hot sauce. I've always heard it referred to as "screaming rooster sauce." Best hot sauce ever, in my opinion. I can't wait to try this recipe.

I used this last night for my "Earth Hour Sushi Dinner"...which I posted on my page. I used Japanese mayo and it turned out FANTASTIC! We used it as a dipping sauce and squirted on a line with some of our sushi rolls! Thanks for sharing. It's a keeper!

Most mayo is inherently dairy free - it's eggs, oil and vinegar. If you want VEGAN mayo, Vegannaise or Nayonaise are two popular brands
