Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat a nice saucepan on stove
  • add butter and allow to melt
  • add seasoning
  • add venison
  • cook 2 minutes on one side
  • turn over
  • cook slowly a few minutes on other side
  • five minutes before taking off heat
  • pour in 1 full glass of sherry
  • 1 tbsp currant jelly

    Great post! Brings back memories of my childhood. I bet this is the way my grammie made her venison steak. Sounds like it.
