How to make it

  • line a 10x15-inch pan with aluminum foil. Toss cranberries with 2/3 cup sugar. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool completely.

    Do you think this would work if I used honey instead of sugar? We love dried cranberries but my husband eats no refined sugars.
